A couple years back I tried my hand at arranging some traditional Christmas music.I started with a beginner's piano book.It was a duet book - 4 hands - which I liked because I wanted to separate each hand (part) onto a separate track, giving me 4 tracks to cut & paste. From there, I could play with the instrumentation.
The sounds are 100% Proteus. The piano sounds pretty stiff - I played it all in real time, but then quantized it.I should re-do this ,since I now have a better piano ( R ,RD-700GX). Plus,I can play keys better now than a couple of years back.Without the words, these songs are pretty repetitious. Please feel free to comment - positive or negative.I'll use those comments to try & improve my next attempt.

Thanks,Ray.About 4 years of steady practice,I'm almost up to speed. Not quite ready for a key gig, though. Not exactly Chip Davis. Those guys are REAL good & I'm barely 'ok'.
Merry Christmas & a happy new year to you & your family. :)
