I've had my Kat for about 2 years now. It works great until recently.

There isn't any sound coming out of the Kat.
I've tried checking all of the cords to and from the Kat to the speaker, including the power supply. When the Kat turns on it will beep.
But for any of the sounds such as piano or vibe or whatever there isn't any sound. I've tried checking the volume levels on both the speaker and the Kat itself. They are all set to High.
I've tried to reset the Kat, and it still doesn't work. No sound! I've tried turning the Kat on and off multiple times.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is here? Is it the power supply or something else? There hasn't been any electrical power outages in my house.

Have you tried other sound sources into your speaker?

Did you try headphones?
Did you try connecting to another midi-instrument or computer and see midi is sent from the malletkat? A midi-monitor (program) might give some clue. If the velocity of a midi note is set to 0, the volume setting of the sound card or speaker won't help.

After that I think I would try another midi-source connecting to the malletkat.
After that another audio source to the audio-in port.

Have you looked in Device Manager to check that a Sound device has been installed?
