I am stoked to learn from and hopefully jam with the likes of Mario DeCiutiis, Dr. Norm Weinberg, and John Emrich.

Just a quick note to say thanks to Mario, John Emrich, Danny Gottlieb, Steve Hambright And Gina Ferrara AND my fellow 'students' / drinking pals  for an awesome experience!!!!!!!

This workshop was fantastic and I am looking forward to next year's event

Yes gang,  Danny Gottlieb has got to be one of THE nicest, down to earth kinda dudes, that you'd ever wanna meet  - and I did get to jam with Mr. G for about 30 seconds....we were just doing a groove thing on two TrapKats...he on drumset sounds while I muttled my way through some latin background action on the Natural Percussion Kit (on the TK5KS)......how often do you get play along with a pro, like Danny, Side by Side (YEAH, I was not worthy, I'm not worthy, I Suck!)  


And of course John Emrich IS the VST, and BFD Guru, and (you may not know this) John also did the samples for Zildjians' GEN 16 Project - thanks to John for great insight, stories, and keeping pace with all us psychos in the 5th floor lounge for after school libations

Not shown (Stephen Hambright) one super cool dude, who was the expert with The Mainstage Program, and who also hung out in the 5th floor lounge with us to make sure we did things right!

I can see it was a pretty intimate gathering. Must have been very rewarding for you.

It was very rewarding, and I KNOW it will be next year as well!

REF - you should try to go man, you would really dig it!

It was hard to take a week off work to go, BUT I loved it, my wife and I (and our little guy) ended up turning it into a mini vacation also.....I was in DE,PA,NJ,NY,CT,and MA that week....

The 2013 Electronic Percussion Workshop is coming up and those of you who are not going should consider going !!!!

I would be going if Mrs Gmbydmit had not booked us a trip to Sydney for the same date (i get to blame her for that one) 

Seriously, the friends made there, and the knowledge from Mario, Stephen, and John is invaluable and I cannot emphasize enough on how helpful this workshop is!

Hello my friends, greetings and salutations from the Midwestern flat lands of America....

So, How was the 2013 EPW.....I gotta have some reviews dudes???!!!???!!!

My Wife and Joe (youngest child = 5 yrs old) and I have just returned from awesome trip down under, You Aussies....you got a kick ass country folks!! thanks for the hospitality great memories.

We are very happy to be home to the good ol' U S of A, though.
