Can someone please explain to me how the names of the patches line up with the displayed information on the MalletKat? The info in the user manual does;t seem to line up with what is displayed on the malletKat. Is there an updated patch list I don't have? Can you explain it to me simply? For example, I see the name Vibraphone and hear timpani, or piano. Is there something I'm missing?

There's been various versions of the KS setup/chains firmware over the years.  There was one for 7.01 on 8/2012 that applies to my setup.  The old one was on page 32-33 of  the Quick Start Guide, the new one was on page 34.  I scratched out pages 32/33 in my manual!
